Why this data is public
Downloadable data lets readers, researchers and reviewers independently inspect which sources the site uses, what each topic cites and how terminology maps across languages. It does not reproduce paid standards, determine local adoption, approve projects or rate products.
Source-register dataset
Stable source IDs, organizations, document names, edition context, tiers, bilingual scope notes and provenance URLs.
Topic-to-source map
Each row connects one topic to one source ID and includes both canonical language URLs for citation auditing.
Bilingual glossary dataset
A structured snapshot of English and Simplified Chinese terms and definitions.
Version and provenance
- Version 1.3, dated 24 July 2026; filenames include the version so cited snapshots can be retained.
- Source records retain official URLs and scope notes; topic relationships are generated directly from the current public articles.
- Catalog metadata is also available as JSON. Download catalog

Known limits
This is an editorial catalog snapshot—not standards text, a code-adoption database, a certification register or third-party peer review. External URLs and official documents change; projects must verify current editions and authority requirements. No separate open-data licence is asserted for this dataset release.
