安全停止条件：不得攀爬、拆卸设备、进入限制区域、接触损坏电气部件、操作明显损坏系统，也不得在恶劣天气、野火、洪水、雷电或危险高温中观察。对通道、稳定、电气、火灾或坠物有疑问时立即停止。

协议范围

本协议只支持对可见状况的获许可、非破坏性记录，不是结构检查、法规判断、消防测试、无障碍认证或产品评级。完成一行记录也不能证明合规、安全、耐久、防雨或专业审阅。

六步方法

建立不识别个人的稳定记录 ID，并记录协议版本。
确认场地所有者或获授权管理者允许记录。
只分类可见属性；证据不足时填写 unknown，不猜测。
把观察与解释分开，并记录未看到、未检查的内容。
照片与文件仅作获许可引用，不嵌入个人、保密或受版权保护内容。
记录限制、安全停止及需要的主管部门、制造商或专业人员跟进。

隐私最小化

不记录姓名、联系方式、街道地址、人脸、车牌、门禁码或可识别图像元数据；住宅位置只保留国家与概括地区。本站当前没有数据上传表单，空白 CSV 保存在下载者本地。
